Here is what to expect between checkout and delivery, and where to start if an order needs to come back.
Before your order ships Most orders are prepared within 1–3 business days. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Custom or made-to-order pieces may take longer when their product page says so. You will receive a shipping confirmation when your order leaves us.
Shipping rates and destinations US standard shipping is free when the merchandise total is $50 or more. The final shipping cost for your address appears at checkout before you pay. We ship to the destinations offered there; availability and rates can vary by address.
Delivery estimates The estimate below begins after processing and is a guide, not a guaranteed arrival date. Your checkout may show a more specific estimate for your address.
- Standard delivery: about 8–10 business days in transit
Weather, carrier disruptions, customs checks and peak periods can add time. If we cannot dispatch within the time promised for your order, we will contact you with your options.
Tracking your order Use the link in your shipping email, or visit Track My Order to open your order history. Tracking can take a little time to update after the first carrier scan.
Address changes and delivery problems If your address needs correcting, email us immediately with your order number and the correct address. We can try to help before dispatch, but cannot guarantee a change after an order is packed or shipped. If a parcel is delayed, marked delivered but missing, or returned to sender, send us your order number and tracking details so we can investigate with the carrier. Re-shipping a parcel returned because of an incorrect address or an unclaimed delivery may require a new shipping charge.
Returns Eligible unworn items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please read the conditions and start a return here before sending anything back. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us so we can arrange the right solution.
