1. About these terms Revoulou operates revoulou.com. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked below. If you have a question before buying, contact us. We may update these terms; the version posted when you place an order applies to that purchase.

2. Products and descriptions We aim to describe each piece accurately, including its materials, size and available options. Colors can look different on different screens, and measurements or handmade details may vary slightly. Please review the individual product page and care information before ordering. If a listing appears inaccurate, contact us before checkout.

3. Prices, checkout and payment Product prices are shown in US dollars unless checkout states otherwise. Applicable shipping charges, taxes and any discounts are shown before you submit payment. Orders are placed through Shopify checkout. An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order; we may contact you if an item is unavailable or an order cannot be fulfilled. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the amount charged for that order.

4. Shipping and delivery Available destinations, shipping methods and charges are shown at checkout. Processing and delivery estimates are explained in our Shipping & Returns page. Carrier and customs delays can affect arrival dates. If we cannot ship within the promised time, we will contact you about the delay and available cancellation or refund options as required by applicable law.

5. Returns and order issues Our return policy explains the 30-day return window, eligibility, how to start a return and what to do if an item arrives damaged or incorrect. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

6. Site content Our photographs, copy, branding and original site content belong to Revoulou or their respective owners. You may use the site to browse and shop for personal purposes. Please do not copy, publish or use its content commercially without permission.

7. Appropriate use Do not interfere with the operation or security of the site, submit false order or contact information, or use the site in violation of law. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the site, customers or our business.

8. Liability We are responsible for our obligations under applicable law. To the extent the law permits, Revoulou is not responsible for losses that are unforeseeable or caused by events outside our reasonable control. This section does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.
